Aurora 220 – startup-config and backup-config disappearance after a reboot

Troubleshooting

During the boot process, in the serial console a user will see error messages:

Mounting /dev/mtdblock9 at /mnt/fastpath.
major and minor for ubi_ctrl are: 10 59
cat: can't open '/sys/class/ubi/ubi0/dev': No such file or directory <========
cat: can't open '/sys/class/ubi/ubi0/dev': No such file or directory
BusyBox v1.22.1 (2014-08-20 13:55:33 CST) multi-call binary.

The NAND flash was corrupted and prevented the file system from mounting. Thus, everything worked in the RAM and was not saved after a reboot.
