Netberg warrants that all Netberg-branded hardware will be free from defect in workmanship and materials under the normal use for three (3) years from Netberg’s invoice date.
Netberg may, at its own discretion, repair or replace any Product not operating as warranted during the applicable warranty period with a similar or functionally equivalent Product in accordance with the term of the applicable law. Replaced or repaired parts are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for ninety (90) calendar days or, for the remainder of the limited warranty period of the product, whichever is longer.
All products returned to Netberg for the replacement shall become Netberg’s own property.
The DoA period is 30 days.
Products with Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) shall apply special warranty terms indicated in each specific contract; and shall supersede the warranty terms set in the Product Warranty Statement.
Netberg warranty will not apply to or be valid under conditions below:
Netberg is not responsible for any consumer-combined software or hardware and the configuration information or personal data or any content stored or integrated into the Product by the consumer when performing the warranty service.
Netberg may charge the consumer for any reasonable and applicable costs and expenses relating to or arise out of the repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances.
Upon contacting Netberg, you will be required to engage in a remote diagnosis to help determine the cause of your issue, which may involve multiple or extended sessions. Suppose Netberg determines that your issue results from a defect in materials or workmanship, but the issue cannot be resolved remotely. In that case, Netberg will dispatch a replacement part or product that may be new or refurbished to you and arrange for you to send your product or defective part back to Netberg’s service center.
If your limited hardware warranty has expired or if we determine that the problem is not covered under this limited hardware warranty, we may be able to offer you service alternatives on a fee basis.
We use new and refurbished parts to perform warranty repairs and build replacement parts and products. Refurbished parts and products are parts or products that have been returned to Netberg, some of which were never used by a customer. All parts and products are inspected and tested for quality. Replacement parts and products are covered for the remaining period of the limited hardware warranty for the product you purchased. Netberg owns all parts removed from repaired products, and, in most instances, you will be required to return defective parts to Netberg.
Netberg Ethernet products are covered by Advance Warranty Replacement (AWR) during the warranty period. Under the terms of AWR, Netberg will ship replacement material directly to the consumer if the hardware is deemed as defective. Upon receiving the replacement material, the consumer is required to return the defective hardware to Netberg, in the packaging that arrives with the replacement unit, within ten (10) business days or be billed for the replacement material at full invoice price.
Netberg covers the delivery fees unless the case isn’t covered by warranty.
Before returning a Product, all accessories and complements that the consumer may have installed, such as expansion modules, should be removed. Netberg shall not be responsible for such items if they are returned together with the Product.
